TERMS OF SERVICE

Court Stats ("we", "us") provides basketball stat-tracking tools at courtstats.app and through our iOS app (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service lets you track basketball statistics during live games, build player profiles with career averages, and share games and profiles through public links. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your password secure, and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away at support@courtstats.app if you suspect unauthorized use.

You own the content you add to the Service — player names, photos, team names, games, and stats ("Content"). You grant us a license to host, store, and display that Content as needed to operate the Service, including showing it on public pages you choose to share.

Player profiles often describe other people, including minors (for example, a parent tracking their child's games). You are responsible for having the right — including any consent required — to add that information and any photos, and for deciding whether to share public links to it.

Game pages and player profiles you share are public: anyone with the link can view them without an account, and links may be forwarded by the people you share them with. You can stop sharing by deleting the underlying content or your account.

The free plan includes limited players and games per month. The Base plan is a $19.99/year subscription that increases those limits and renews automatically each year until cancelled. You can cancel any time — on the web through your billing settings, or in the iOS app through your Apple ID subscriptions. Payments are processed by our payment providers; we never see or store your full card details. Prices and plan limits may change, and we'll give notice before any change affects a renewal. If something goes wrong with a purchase, contact support@courtstats.app.

Do not misuse the Service. That includes: breaking the law, uploading content you have no right to share, harassing others, attempting to access other users' data, scraping, reselling the Service, or interfering with its operation.

You can delete your account at any time from the iOS app (Plan tab → Delete Account) or by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as 9–11) do.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that stats you record will never be lost — keep your own records for anything critical.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost data or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of $20 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these Terms; if changes are material we will give notice (for example, by email or in the app), and continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms. Questions? Email support@courtstats.app.
